The hotel staff was very rude. They treated us like we were imposing on them by just wanting to check in. The hotel was located in an area which was obviously not safe. Every business and house around this hotel had bars on their windows. There was graffiti everywhere surrounding this hotel and we felt very unsafe there. ...read more

Clean, breakfast was a step up from typical continental, staff was helpful and friendly overall.

Loud guests late at night right outside our room, but staff did speak to them twice, handled it.

Good place to stay except for the noise level. The upstairs hallway echoes a lot and any conversation can be heard clearly. I would suggest better acoustics in that area if they renovate.

Had mini-kitchen with stove top and sink, but no microwave or refrigerator.

friendly invirement. hotel clerk very help to show the map of the city. The gym and eatery was so convenient.I really like card to enter the gym .

We did have to drive a ways to the hoteloff the freeway. didn,t know if there was any thing closer. person misspelled my namethat took the reservation

The directions were to the tea. very easy to find.The clerk was friendly and helpful.the breakfast was filling.would stay again.thanks
